Ti Anode Fabricators Pvt Ltd has an internationally recognized reputation for the manufacture of the Nickel Filter Cage. The purpose of the Internal Filter is the cleaning of polluted air. They are used for dry separation of dust particles or for the extraction of useful dust from streams air.

A filter assembly for gas filtration including a support cage and a filter bag made of, or which includes, a fabric containing fiberglass yarns. The support cage has widely spaced vertical supports which provide filter bag support surfaces having a large radius of curvature. The wide support areas reduce damage to the filter bag material from cyclic bending and flexing.

VESSEL - Anolyte & Catholyte

Anolyte:

Anolyte separators are manufactured by Tiaano from highly corrosion-resistant special materials from traceable metals, are precision made to the usual international standards.

The Anolyte produced are combined and subjected to a number of solution purification and extraction steps to produce separate, purified and concentrated and nickel electrolytes.

Catholyte:

A Catholyte is the part of an electrolyte which is on the cathode side of an electrochemical cell that is effectively divided into two compartments.

Catholyte have various uses, including:

·         Reducing surface tension of water, and hence conditioning of water to improve oil production in wells.

·         Reducing microbe contamination along with Anolyte.

·         Used as detergents or cleaning agents in the food and beverage industry.

·    A large number of patented products are developed and now available as Catholyte for different applications.

FASTENERS, PIPES AND FITTINGS FOR CAUSTIC SODA PLANT

Caustic soda is the chemical compound sodium hydroxide (NaOH). This compound is an alkali – a type of base that can neutralize acids and is soluble in water. Today caustic soda can be manufactured in the form of pellets, flakes, powders, solutions and more. It corrodes metals, such as aluminum, tin, and zinc. During this process, it generates hydrogen, which has the potential to behave as an explosive gas. 

Carbon Steel Piping used for Caustic Service (NaOH content) may be damaged by Caustic Cracking, especially in areas with welded and discrete areas that have high stress. In chemical production, titanium is used as corrosion-resistant material instead of stainless steel, nickel base alloy and other rare metals, which is of great significance in increasing production, improving product quality, prolonging service life of equipment, reducing consumption, reducing energy consumption, reducing cost, preventing pollution, improving working conditions and increasing productivity.

We Tiaano supply Titanium fasteners for different applications. Titanium fasteners are made up of a commercially pure grade of titanium. Titanium Fasteners are used for various application. Titanium fasteners are not only strong, but also lightweight. In terms of strength, it is almost 4 times stronger in comparison stainless steel. The best features of Titanium Fasteners includes its excellent strength to weight ratio & its inert behavior to chlorine containing compounds and seawater. Metals and alloys most frequently considered for use in caustic soda are carbon steel, stainless steels, nickel and high- nickel alloys. Depending on concentration, temperature and impurities, a wide range of alloys may be considered for use in caustic service. Increasing nickel content improves the resistance of stainless and nickel alloys to caustic. Commercially pure nickel alloys 200 and 201 are the most resistant to caustic corrosion and are widely used. Pure nickel alloys also appear to be immune to caustic embrittlement. Duplex stainless alloys also show resistance to caustic and caustic cracking. Alloy 2205 is useful up to 60% concentration at 90° C with no evidence of caustic cracking. Super duplex alloys like ZERON® 100 will offer slightly greater resistance than 2205, which benefit from higher chromium and nickel levels. Titanium alloys can be resistant up to about 40% concentration and below 80° C. Generally, titanium is less resistant than alloy 200. Zirconium alloys offer resistance up to 50% and 60° C. Tantalum is not resistant to caustic solutions.

MANUFACTURING OF TEMPERATURE SENSOR:

Nickel Lined M.S. Thermometer Pocket - The thermometer pocket will be fabricated & machined from Mild steel Rod & Plate and Lined with Nickel 201 material on all External Surfaces. It will be used in the Caustic Concentration plant. Temperature measurement in today’s industrial environment encompasses a wide variety of needs and applications. To meet this wide array of needs the industry has developed a large number of sensors and devices to handle this demand. Many processes have to be either monitored or controlled temperature. Temperature measurement can be classified into a few general categories such as using Thermometers, Probes, and Non-contact. Temperature sensors provide valuable data for continuously tracking thermal conditions, and provide feedback to control systems. Several applications require action once the system goes above or below functional temperature thresholds. Temperature sensors provide output alerts upon the detection of defined conditions to prevent system damage. Temperature sensors can maximize the performance of a system as temperature changes during normal operations. Monitoring and correcting the drift of other critical components as they heat up and cool down reduces the risk of system failure. the need to process more data from more sensors, further necessitating the importance of temperature measurement—not just to measure system or environmental conditions, but to compensate for other temperature-sensitive components in order to maintain both sensor and system accuracy. Temperature monitoring can increase system performance and reduce costs by removing the need to overdesign systems.
