Steel plant requires several ID fans for numerous purposes like- removing and cleaning waste gases, drying & heating ore pellets, cooling the product to remove heat, etc. The ID fans takes the hazardous air out of the systems. The hot gases from the machines such as boilers or furnaces are withdrawn by the ID fans and transferred into the outer atmosphere after the purification process. By letting these hazardous gas into our environment without purification process can cause numerous problems. This process is carried out through the use of chimney specially built for exhausting the air. ID fans are known for withstanding the high temperature flue gas as they are lined with Titanium. The excellent corrosion resistance property of titanium increases the life time of id fans used in the process. Titanium Grade2 Impeller for ID Fan – The Impeller will be fabricated from titanium Grade2 Plates & Rod. Impeller will be used in Acid Regeneration Plant in Steel Industries. Hencethe impeller life is prolonged and therefore it makes a big difference in maintenance. The maintenance cost is reduced and this directly affects the balance sheet.
