TITANIUM THERMOWELL
|
Tiaano design the Thermowells and Sensor safety pockets to meet standards, established by BSI, DIN, ASME, ISO 9001 and other authorities. They are all manufactured in-house from traceable exotic metals and precision made to the highest standards of finish in our modern well equipped machine shop and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding facilities.
We construct Variety of Thermowells from "single roof” by using the raw materials of tantalum, titanium, niobium, nickel, zirconium, Hastelloy, Duplex steel, Monel, Inconel, and Molybdenum. Our scope includes Bar Stock Thermowells (Flat tip Screwed construction well for low-pressure application and domed tip Flange construction well for high-pressure application); fabricated Seam welded Sleeves and Seamless safety pockets. We also undertake Oxide layer coating on sleeves for the prevention of Crevice corrosion.
We control the quality by using our in-plant provision of ASME IX coded welding, Gun drill facility to ASTM A182 or BS 503, NACE Heat treatment MR-01-75, Computerized corrosion database, Material traceability, Hydrostatic pressure test on Thermowells up to 300kg/cm2., Pneumatic test on sleeves up to 30kg/cm2 for 2 hours and Dyepenetrant and Radiography test as & when required.
