Platinised titanium or niobium and MMO coated titanium Probe anodes are to be designed & manufactured by Ti Anode Fabricators Pvt Ltd, Chennai, India.
Application:
1) Heat exchangers.
2) Pumps.
3) Valves.
4) Pipes.
5) Marine application.
Substrate:
Solid Titanium rod.
Solid Niobium rod.
Copper cored Titanium rod.
Titanium Tube with end closed.
Catalyst for surface Coating:
Platinum
Mixed Metal Oxide
Catalyst thick on surface on surface:
Platinum (in micron thick) 2.5 to 7.5
MMO (in micron thick) 8.0 to 10.0
Current Out put:
Current out put is dependent on… A] Coating catalyst B] Wire / Rod size C] Coating thickness D] Substrate E] Application F] Design life & G] Operation temperature.
Anodes are available with the current output of 0.4 A to 20.0 A/each. Or the operational CD is over 50A / ft2
Probe Size:
Available in five standard sizes of rod for probe anodes as 6.00 mm Dia, 10.0 mm Dia, 12.0 mm Dia, 20.0 mm Dia & 25.0 mm Dia, other sizes are available on request.
