Titanium Anode Baskets in various shapes and sizes like Round
type and Tray type. Baskets are fabricated from 99.9% pure
titanium expanded mesh; they provide easy flow of electrolytes,
avoid sludge formation and hence bath contamination. Plain
and twisted hooks are fully tig welded with baskets; they
ensure 100% transfer of electrical energy from bus bar to
electrolytic solutions. Reinforcing strips are welded every
8 inches, to ensure toughness and durability.

HEATING / COOLING COIL: |

Heating/Cooling
Coils are manufactured from 100% pure mill products and leak
tested. Normally, coils are made from 1/2 inch dia - 2 inch
dia pipe as per ASTM B337 / 338 gr.1 or 2, applicable to chemical,
electroplating and metal finishing industries to heat or cool
the chemical bath. We also manufacture special sizes and shapes
- super tine U coils from Tantalum, Nickel and Zirconium alloys.

TITANIUM
HEATERS:
It will offer excellent corrosion resistance to many media like
plating solution, containing Nitric & Chromic Acid. It is available
from 1/2-inch dia - 2.5-inch dia and in various lengths, rating
50 watts - 15,000 watts. And our heaters list includes the types
of 'hairpin', 'tubular', ' L' and also as per party's specification,
drawing and requirement.

| PLATINIZED
TITANIUM & NIOBIUM ANODE: |
| We
offer platinised Titanium Anodes in any si ze
in the maximum of 1.0 sq. meter. in single piece. Titanium
mesh, plate, wire and niobium, tantalum can also be platinised
for various applications. Coating thickness will be up
to 7.0 micron or more according the customers requirement.

from titanium, Hastelloy C, Monel & SS with the rubber
coating, if necessary. Al. anodizing plants, Nickel, Copper
& Gold plating industries are our major customers
for jigs & fixtures. |
