| Application |
Used in falling film concentrators, to produce flake or solid of sodium or potassium hydroxide, by feeding 48 to 50 % lye.
This works in such a way that while 48 to 50% caustic lye feed to the top; in the jacket from the bottom molten heat transfer salt fed in and comes out from top after transferring heat to caustic. This works as re-circulation whereas caustic is one pass. Apart from this a steam jacket pipe (as tracing pipe) wounded on outer shell of tube, to keep in hot condition.

| Suitability |
As this tube / falling film evaporator is the part of the concentrator in caustic flaking plant, our caustic concentrator tubes are very much suitable for many of the international brands like M/s. Bertram’s, Switzerland.

| Capacity |
Alternatively, if you do not having the caustic flaking plant, then we shall supply you comprising of this “Concentrator Tube”. Each tube will produce approx. 8 MTPD of caustic flake.

| Warranty |
The tube comes with a warranty period of 4 (four) years, provided caustic quality is maintained to the specification. (Mainly chloride content is less than 40 ppm at feed).

| Material Of Construction |
The inner tube, which is coming in caustic, made out of pure seamless nickel. Where as outer shell is to be made from mo3 material and the steam tracing is seamless steel pipe.
