TITANIUM SEAL CASE:

Titanium seal case helps to avoid leakage and high corrosion resistance. Tiaano is well versed in manufacturing the Titanium seal case. When sealing a centrifugal pump, the challenge is to allow a rotating shaft to enter the ‘wet’ area of the pump, without allowing large volumes of pressurized fluid to escape. Seals have a wide spectrum of applications; therefore, their usage is not limited to one type of equipment. Seals come in various forms which include single springs pump seals, compressor seals, multi-spring seal designs, metal bellows seals, mixer and agitators seals, and single and double cartridge seals. 

We use mechanical seals to stop any visible leakage. A seal will leak Vapour as the fluid film on the faces reaches the atmospheric side of the seal faces, but any visible leakage will be non-existent. Corrosion of plant equipment is also at a minimum if the product is contained within a pump. Overall a seal is the best way to go. They will provide prevent wasted product resulting in reduced costs.

TITANIUM SHAFT SLEEVE:

A shaft sleeve is a cylindrical hollow metal tube placed over the shaft to protect as it passes through the packing. Pump shafts are often protected from erosion, and wear at leakage joints, seal chambers, internal bearings and in the waterways by renewable sleeves. The most common shaft sleeve function is that of protecting the shaft from packing wear at the stuffing box. A shaft sleeve used between two multistage pump impellers conjunction with the inter-stage bushing to form an inter-stage leakage joint is called an inter-stage or distance sleeve.
