MMO TITANIUM TUBULAR ANODE |
CPCC tubular anodes are designed for all types of
traditional grounded applications - deep anode beds - shallow anode
beds - horizontal anode beds. Also used for marine applications
such as jetties, bulkheads and offshore. Anodes are to be manufactured,
in the combination of 12.7 INCH, 19.70 INCH & 39.40 INCH long
on same spacing or uneven spacing or as per the customer's option.

CPCC Tubular anodes are assembled on EPR / CPSE cable.
CPCC Tubular anodes installed in flowing seawater is having 15 years
nominal design life. PTFE plastic sleeve is to be provided, on request
for chloride base applications.

ANODES |
CPCC MMO Titanium Rod Anodes are designed for applications
in - Process vessels - Water Condenser Boxes - Heat Exchangers -
Water Intake Structures - Ground Bed Applications. Rod Anodes are
comprised of a titanium substrate with a mixed metal oxide coating.
The mixed metal oxide coating is a crystalline, electrically conductive,
that activates the titanium and enables it to function as an anode.
Anodes are custom built to specific design requirements. Anode coating
may be selected to match fresh water, brackish water, seawater,
coke, or sand environments. Some commonly used designs are listed
below.

Process
Anodes are to be designed & manufactured for internal
protection of pipes, heat exchangers, valves pumps & water
boxes. Its substrate is commercially pure titanium, confirming
to ASTM B 348 gr.1 or 2. Catalytic material of the element
is MMO. Following chart shows the few of our standard electrodes
& its stock.

WIRE
ANODE |
Wire Anodes are designed suitable for many applications
requiring long slender anode material. Linear anodes are for installing
in a trench parallel to the pipe to optimize current distribution
and minimize operating costs. Also suitable for installation in
inside the pipe for internal protection. Anodes are available in
two (1.5mm dia and 3.0 mm dia) standard sizes, and current ratings.
Other sizes are also available for different current ratings upon
request. The standard wire consists of a solid titanium wire that
has been coated with MMO. Wire anodes are having the following operating
characteristics for standard coating loadings.

MMO TITANIUM STRIP & PLATE ANODE |
Strip & Plate Anodes are designed, Suitable for
internal protection of Pipelines, Valves, Water Boxes and Sheet
Piles. 0.25 inch thick, 1.5 inch width titanium plate / strip is
coated with MMO. To increase the throwing power or driving force
of the strip, an additional auxiliary shield made of PVC, PE or
FRP is available. It allows the anode to be operated at a higher
voltage if necessary without over polarizing the area surrounding
the anode. The strip & plate anodes are excellent where a high
power anode is required. The design life of the strip anode is 20
years. A longer design life can be accommodated as if needed. Operating
temperature for design life is 5-50*C (10 - 50 * C for seawater)

CPCC MMO Titanium Mesh anode is a durable & dimensionally
stable, designed for the impressed current cathodic protection of
steel structures and steel reinforcements. It has a catalytic coating
of precious metal and metal oxides with industrially proven lifetime
characteristics. The high purity titanium metal substrate has proven
chemical corrosion resistance, low system electrical resistance,
and high mechanical integrity against breakage.

anode is to designed an alternative / replacement of silicon Iron
anode in horizontal and shallow vertical ground beds with the advantages
of un breakable, efficient current distribution, low cost, less
weight, less than 0.001 ohms connection resistance & moisture
free electrical connection. The anode has the same current output
as the 3" x 60" silicon iron anode and is assembled within
a coke-breeze backfill in the same manner.

MMO / Platinised TITANIUM & NIOBIUMs DISC ANODE |
The CPCC Disc Titanium Anode was developed specifically
for protection of dam and Navigation lock gates. Since our disk
anodes are designed to operate in fresh, brackish and seawater environments,
other suitable applications include: marine structures, water tanks,
and vessels. With an optional primary seal spacer gasket, it can
be used on the inside of pipes, pumps, water tanks, or other curved
surfaces.
